Members
Homeowners become members of the Broadview Shores Master Community Association when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying monthly assessments to support community operations and reserve funds.

Your community manager, lifestyle director, and support staff offices are in Draper, UT, at the CCMC Mountain Division office. Additional community operations are supported by CCMC team members based out of the Scottsdale corporate office.
