Assessments
 
Homeowners become members of the Broadview Shores Master Community Association when they purchase a home. As of January 1, 2023 the billing will be assessed quarterly. Members are responsible for paying quarterly dues to support community operations and reserve funds. Master HOA Assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter.  Assessments received after the 10th of each quarter are subject to late fees. 
 
2025 Master Association Assessment: $126.00 per quarter.
 
If you live in a benefited-use neighborhood, you will pay additional fees. Before paying your assessments, please review the benefited use neighborhoods and assessment fees below.

BANKING UPDATE: If you are a homeowner who has lived in Broadview Shores since before July 1, 2023, please be aware that we have changed banks from Pacific Western Bank to Alliance Association Bank (AAB).

Please log in to your Homeowner portal to view your account history and details and update your contact information.

Your User ID is the 6-digit HOA account number, and your password can be requested from the HOA management team by emailing communitymanager@broadviewshoreshoa.com 

Benefited Service Area (BSA) Assessments

The Cottages neighborhood in Broadview Shores is subject to a benefited assessment for their parcels. Benefited assessments are in addition to the Master Assessment. The additional cost covers landscaping, maintenance, and snow removal on the common space in benefited areas.

Online Payments with Direct Debit

Direct debit allows payments to be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each quarter. To set this up, you will need to go directly to the Alliance Association Bank (AAB) portal here:

-Property Account Number (listed on your statement, 6 digits long)

One-time Electronic Checks
Log in to the Alliance Bank portal here: https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home?cmcid=9D286DE8   
 
Under One Time Payment, select the eCheck or Debit/Credit Card icon and follow the prompts as directed. The bank charges a $2.95 fee per transaction for use of one-time eCheck payment. Phone payments are not available.
 
Debit and Credit Card Payments
 
Log in to the Alliance Bank portal https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home?cmcid=9D286DE8    
 
Under One Time Payment, select the Debit/Credit Card icon and follow the prompts as directed. The bank charges a $5.00 flat processing fee per debit card transaction and a 3.5% per credit card transaction. American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are accepted. Phone payments are not available.

To ensure timely payment, please mail checks by the 15th of the month before they are due. 
 
The detachable coupon portion of the statement must be included with the payment and your HOA account number should be listed in the memo portion of the check. The Property Account Number is listed on your statement, 6 digits long.
